We want you to love what you wear! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item.
• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must meet the same return conditions as above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@chilledclothing.com with a photo of the issue if possible.
